Anything you can do, I can do better.

Upon rising, say: “Father Thy will be done” then pray the Concluding Prayer.

Meaning: The concluding prayer is the prayer for God’s will to be done.

Question: What does it feel like when we hand over our life to You?

God’s answer:

Catharsis!

Catharsis means “The process of releasing, and thereby providing relief from, strong or repressed emotions..”⁶
